What this control means
Kuraplan does not collect or store national student numbers, teacher registration numbers or similar identifiers.
What we found
The production database has no column for any government, student or sensitive identifier.
How we verified it
- Searched every column name in the production schema (121 tables) for national student number, USI, teacher registration, passport, tax, date of birth, ethnicity, religion, health, disability, behaviour, attendance and custody patterns.
- Zero matches.
Still to do
- Screenshot sign-up and learner forms to show the only fields asked for.
- Re-run the search after any schema change to users, students or schools.
