Kuraplan is for teachers and adults planning learning. By using it you agree to the following.
Do
- Use your own account. Do not share logins.
- Keep student names and other personal information out of prompts, uploads and shared resources.
- Check AI-generated content before you use it with students.
- Report content that is inaccurate, offensive or inappropriate using the report control or security@kuraplan.com.
Do not
- Give students access to your account or to AI features.
- Enter sensitive information about anyone: health, disability, behaviour, attendance, custody, ethnicity, religion, finances or government identifiers.
- Use Kuraplan to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, sexual, or intended to harass or deceive.
- Attempt to bypass safety filters, access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Resell Kuraplan output as a product without permission.
Shared resources
Resources shared to the library must be suitable for a school community and free of personal information about students. We may remove shared content that breaches this policy and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy. Where possible we will warn you first. You can appeal by emailing support@kuraplan.com.
